By using the iNotariz website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
iNotariz provides mobile, remote online (RON), and in-person electronic notarization services performed personally by our Texas-commissioned principals, Margaret and Jeremy Josey. All notarizations are executed in accordance with Texas law and applicable federal regulations.
Clients are responsible for providing valid government-issued identification, original documents where required, and accurate information. We reserve the right to decline service if requirements are not met or if we have reason to believe the transaction may be fraudulent or improper.
Fees are quoted based on service type, urgency, number of signers, and location. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific notarization service. We are not responsible for the content, legal validity, or enforceability of documents beyond the notarial act itself. In no event shall iNotariz be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ellis County, Texas.
